- Next, fill, out the Loan Processing Submission Form and fax back to us- to be used for all future new orders as well. Form (click here to download).
- Email Calyx point file directly to processor.
- Overnight full package to processor. must include the following:
- Complete and Signed 1003
- Borrower Credit Report
- Signed Original Disclosures (Including 4506, if applicable)
- Borrower signed authorization to request supporting documents
- Good Faith Estimate or Closing Cost Summary
- Fully Executed sales contract(if purchase)
- Submission Information (underwriter information)
- Appraiser Name, Telephone and Fax Number
- Escrow Company Name, Telephone and Fax Number
- Title Company Name, Telephone and Fax Number
- Purchase Contract and all Counters and addendums ( if applicable)
- Copy of Note(s) and Deed (S) of Trust (if FHA refinance)
- Current Mortgage Information including Loan Number and Phone
- Homeowners Insurance Information
- H. O. A. Information , Telephone and Fax Number (if condo or PUD)
- One (1) month most recent pay stubs
- DU,DO or LP Approval (or , written approval from lender if Sub-Prime)
- 2 years W-2
- 2 months Bank Statements
- 2 years Income Tax Returns(if self-employed or claims investment income)
